We are currently looking for an experienced Dock Coordinator for our Pickering team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00am to 10:00am
Contract: Permanent Full - Time
Salary: $25.00/hr

Job Description:

· LTL Load Planning, optimizing, scheduling and routing drivers for pick up and deliveries

· Dispatching and Appointment Booking

. Utilize GLS software to produce Driver manifests and reports for Terminal Manager

. Excellent geographical knowledge of the Durham region

· Some warehouse work is required

Requirements:

· Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred

. Previous Forklift experience is an asset but not a must

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team

· Experienced in customer service

· Organized and detail oriented

· Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
