We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Agent at our Head Office in Dorval.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent, Work from home
Salary: $20.50 per hour
Workplace address: 10 500 avenue Ryan, Dorval, H9P 2T7

*Six-week paid training at our Dorval terminal
*All the equipment necessary to work from home is provided

You will be required to:

Answering to customer questions by phone
Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
Pick-up planning
Research for lost packages
Other related tasks
