Tâches/responsabilités:

· Analyser la performance d’une division ainsi que de présenter les résultats de ses analyses à la direction;

· Créer et améliorer différents outils de gestion afin de permettre d’évaluer la performance des différentes divisions de l’entreprise;

· Soutenir l’équipe FP&A dans l'élaboration de divers projets spéciaux;

· Être en constante recherche de nouvelles opportunités afin d’améliorer les résultats.

Responsabilités complémentaires:

Analyse financière

· Préparer et commenter les différents rapports financiers, de façon hebdomadaire;

· Maintenir et améliorer les modèles financiers des budgets et résultats de l'entreprise;

· Présenter ses résultats d’analyse à la direction, de façon hebdomadaire;

· Analyser les tendances de la performance par rapport au budget, aux prévisions et à l’année précédente;

· Surveiller et expliquer les variations des différents indicateurs clés de performance.

Budget et prévisions

· Participer activement au processus budgétaire annuel en dressant et présentant aux parties prenantes le budget d’une division;

· Interpréter les données sur les prix et le volume;

· Élaborer et maintenir les procédures et processus afin d’améliorer l'analyse des prévisions;

· Maintenir de solides relations de travail avec les intervenants externes, travailler de façon proactive pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes.

Analyse des investissements et du CAPEX

· Soutenir les opérations dans différents projets spéciaux et faire l’analyse du ROI;

· Être l’agent de liaison entre la comptabilité, les TI et les opérations;

· Collaborer et contribuer à la prise de décision avec une équipe multidisciplinaire dans l'évaluation de leur stratégie d'investissement.

Exigences/compétences:

· 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en analyse financière;

· Diplôme de premier cycle en comptabilité, économie ou équivalent;

· Comptable professionnel agréé (CPA) ou analyste financier agréé (CFA), un atout;

· Expérience pertinente dans la préparation des états financiers, budgets et prévisions;

· Niveau avancé dans Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint;

· Possède d'excellentes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle autant verbales qu’écrites;

· Capacité démontrée de contribuer activement au succès de l’équipe et de l’entreprise, chercher à continuellement aller au-delà des attentes;

· Capacité de penser de façon créative et est hautement motivé;

· Capable de travailler de façon autonome avec grande minutie;

· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrites et verbales;

· Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français).

Tasks/responsibilities:

· Analyze the performance of a business unit and present his conclusions to the upper management

· Maintain and create dynamic financial models to enable evaluation of the financial performance of the company’s various divisions

· Support team in developing & modeling alternative scenarios for maximizing financial returns

· Search for new opportunities to improve results

Other Responsibilities:

Financial analysis

· Prepare and comment various financial reports on a weekly basis

· Maintain and improve financial models of company results and budgets

· Present his analysis to the upper management on a weekly basis

· Analyze performance trends compared to budget, forecast and prior year

· Monitor key metrics variances and identify exceptions

Budget & forecasts

· Assist in the annual budget process by doing and presenting to the stakeholders the budget of a business unit

· Interpret data on price and volume drivers

· Continue to develop and maintain process to ensure forecasts are accurately reflected

· Maintain strong working relationship with departments, proactively working to identify and solve problems.

Investment/Capex analysis

· Support operations in producing ROI/Business Case modeling

· Be the point of contact between accounting and operations

· Work with cross-functional team in assessment of their capex strategy

Requirements/skills:

· 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis

· Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent

· Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), an asset

· Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts and reconciliations

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Capable of working independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal communications skills

· Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

· Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
